There have been a plethora of attempts to catch the first glimpse of the 2010 Devon GTX, to estimate its prowess and potential to please. Well, the spying and sneaking around days have come to a close, as the 2010 Devon has finally graced us with an appearance during its debut on Pebble Beach. And let us relay that this supercar is aligned to impress!
When most people think of a seriously luxurious car, they think of European cars, it is just natural. Well, the Devon GTX coupe is quite literally the response of the United States to European uber-exclusive sports cars. That is not to say that Europe does not produce some of the world's finest luxury sports convertibles, coupes and cars, but to say that the United States has a healthy appetite for competition.
The 2010 GTX is composed of all steel and carbon fiber, which conceals an impressive 8.4-liter V8 engine capable of 650 horsepower with a six-speed manual gearbox. This car was designed for the driver. The exhilarating relationship between the driver and the pavement was handcrafted into every design feature, bringing it to life. Like the feeling of lust one obtains from an exotic rental car, notably an exotic coupe rental!
The first 2010 GTX is scheduled to hit the market in early 2010 and will be available in two versions: the standard and a track-focused model. Each version of the GTX coupe is to feature an independent suspension and features unique to it. If you are interested in a 2010 Devon GTX coupe, it is in your best interest to let them know about it, because the company intends to produce a mere 36 cars annually, with a price tag of half a million each.
